1. QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT
Form Four / Six Graduate with Certificate / Diploma NTA Level 5 or in one
of the following professions:
- Administration
- Community Development
- Financial Management
- Art Science and Law.
They should have studied at Colleges which recognized by Tanzania Government
