 ANNOUNCEMENT OF CALL FOR INTERVIEW

Overview:

The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) is a government organ with a status of independent Department established specifically to facilitate the recruitment process of employees to the Public Service. Public Service Recruitment Secretariat was established by the Public Service Act No. 8 0f 2002 as amended by Act No. 18 of 2007, section 29(1)

Secretary of the Secretariat for Employment in the Public Service on behalf of the Agency Government Network (eGA), would like to inform job seekers who have submitted applications to fill the vacancies of the Institute, that the interview is expected to be conducted from the date 15 to 21 October, 2020 and finally assign job centers to job applicants who will pass the interview. 

1.  Qualification interview (writing) will be held on 15 -16 October, 2020 at the halls of the Collaborative University of Education (DUCE);
2.  The Practical Interview will be held on 19 - 20 October, 2020 in the halls Tanzania Institute of Accountants (TIA) and ICT Training College of University of Dar es Salaam located at Kijitonyama Dar es Salaam (CoICT) as outlined in this announcement;
3. Interview (face-to-face) interview will be held on October 21, 2020 at offices of the Public Service Employment Secretariat (PSRS) at the port, Dar es Salaam;
4.  Each interviewee is required to arrive at the interview site dressed Barakoa;
5.  Each interviewee must have an identification card for identification;

Secretary of the Secretariat for Employment in the Public Service on behalf of the Agency Government Network (eGA), Respondents called for interview should adhere to the following instructions: -

1. Acceptable IDs include: - Resident ID,Voter ID, Job ID, Citizenship ID or Passport;
2.  Candidates are required to arrive with their REAL CERTIFICATES, starting with the certificate of birth, Form IV, VI, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree and it continues to depend on the qualifications of the Applicant;
3.  Interviewees who will present "Testimonials", "Provisional Results", "Statement of results", documents of Form IV and VI (form IV and form VI results slips) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED CONTINUED WITH INTERVIEW;
4.  Each interviewee will pay for food, transport and accommodation;
5.  Each interviewee should take into account the date and place of his or her appointment;
6.  For applicants who have studied outside Tanzania should verify their Certificates have been approved and approved by the relevant authorities (TCU and NECTA);
7.  Job applicants whose names did not appear in this ad let them know that they did not meet the criteria.  So do not hesitate to apply again if the opportunity arises of jobs when advertised and taking into account the requirements of the relevant advertisement;
8.  For cadres who are required to register with their Academic Boards they must come with their Real Registration Certificates as well as Licenses to work;  and
9.  ALL CANDIDATES MAKE SURE THEY GET INTO THEIR ACCOUNT AND COPYING THEIR TESTING NUMBER BY BEING THOSE NUMBERS will not be released on the day of the interview.
